Lou Grossi is an accomplished business leader who literally grew up in a family that pioneered real estate in the Greater Toronto Area. His father, Vittorio Grossi, had over six decades of experience in the industry. He had established and put the family company, Intercity Realty Inc., Brokerage on a sound footing when Lou joined it in 1988. Now with close to 40 years of solid experience, Lou continues his father’s illustrious legacy in respectfully overseeing the family business.

Lou brings fresh, innovative business perspectives and a keen entrepreneurial spirit to the business, which have helped catapult Intercity Realty into a leading real estate brokerage in the GTA. Quick to realize the immense growth potential of new home and condo development in the early 2000’s, Lou set up a a pre-construction sales and marketing division and partnered with leading developers to market their communities. Under his able stewardship, the division has grown significantly and now offers complete real estate solutions to a diverse clientele.

He directs a multi-disciplined team in the areas of resale residential & commercial sales and acquisitions, pre-construction residential developments, and building and leasing agreements.
